Our Living Options service ensures that we support our clients to live where and how they wish. We offer a variety of solutions that are flexible and tailored to suit individual needs.
All our residential accommodation is provided in small community based houses accommodating up to four people.
Each house is staffed to meet the individual needs of our clients. Both clients and staff work together to create a homely environment decorated and furnished to reflect individual tastes.
Our staff support clients to live their lives as they wish, encouraging informed choices to maximise independence as well as providing a caring environment.
When a vacancy occurs, a lot of time and effort is given to selecting the new person in order to ensure a successful placement for both new and existing clients.
Housing with support is often called Supported Living or Independent Living. What both of these terms mean is that a person has their own home and support is put in place to help them maximise independent living.
This could mean that they are supported for a few hours a week, everyday, overnight or 24 hours a day. The support is carefully planned to meet their needs to live as independently as possible.
Our supported housing service is either a natural progression for people as they gain skill and independence in our residential accommodation; or as a way of providing services to clients who perhaps need some support to retain their independence.
