For clients who are in receipt of benefits, our welfare specialist will meet with them to discuss what they are currently receiving.
By providing specialist information and advice, we aim to ensure that clients are in full receipt of all entitlement of social security and local authority benefits.
Over the years we have developed strong links with the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) and local authorities and therefore can help explore all income opportunities. We can act as an advocate to DWP and help resolve any welfare benefit problems. We can also support clients to keep track of their income and ensure that they have more choice and control over their life.
