Jonathan's story

Horse riding, swimming and football are just a few of the interests that 31 year-old Jonathan enjoys. Living on his own in Crewe, Jonathan is a season ticket holder for Crewe Alexandra and watches them play every Saturday.

Having lived with his mum until he was 23, Jonathan joined the Lady Verdin Trust and started living on his own five years ago.
 
A keen swimmer, Jonathan recently took part in a regional competition organised by the National Association of swimming and won gold in the 25m breaststroke.

Jonathan is also a regular church-goer and is now a server at his local church and member of the Guild of Servants of the Sanctuary.
 
And, that's not all, Jonathan works one morning every week at Kettles Café and even finds time to attend a local disco and regular social evenings held at the Purple Onion.

Through our support, Jonathan is able to live his life as he chooses and pursue his interests in a positive and constructive way.
