We'd like to introduce to you some of our management team.



Emily Baddeley, Community Service Director

Emily Baddeley, Community Service Director

In her role as Community Service Director, Emily is responsible for the domiciliary care provided to clients in their own homes - whether that be a few hours each day or 24 hours support.

Having started with the Trust as a part-time Support Manager, Emily spent five years away from the Trust working as a Domiciliary Care Registered Manager and Manager of Children's Services in Staffordshire. After moving back to the county, Emily returned to the Trust and has now been with us for three years.

A member of the Trust's Strategy Group, Emily is also responsible for managing the relationship between the Trust and the Supporting People programme.

Critical to the Trust's overall goal, Emily's primary role is to support clients to become more independent in their own homes.

Emily has a BA Hons in Psychology and Special Needs, a Postgraduate Diploma in Community Care (Learning Disabilities) and has been awarded a NVQ Registered Managers Award amd NVQ Assessors Award.

Thalia Morris, Community Service Director

Thalia Morris, Community Service Director

As one of our Community Service Directors for the Trust, Thalia is responsible for managing the team for our Daily Options service, the Purple Onion drop-in facility as well as our supportive living services.

As a member of the Trust's Strategy Group, Thalia works alongside the management team to drive the organisation forward in order to meet the needs and requirements of our clients. On behalf of the Trust, Thalia sits on various external forums such as the Leisure & Learning Forum and the South Cheshire Learning Disabilities Forum.

Thalia's key role at the Trust is to support clients to develop independence through active occupation and involvement in the community.

A registered nurse caring for people with learning disabilities, Thalia holds a BA Hons in Social Policy and Sociology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and has recently achieved a NVQ Assessors Award.
